Hipstacast

With Hipstacast, you can search a entire collection of podcasts, probably, the world's largest podcast collection: the iTunes library. If you can't find the podcast you want, you're free to type its feed URL to start receiving updates of your favorite show.

Hipstacast periodically checks the podcast for new episodes and downloads the latest ones, so you can listen to them without worrying to download them first. You can read the shownotes within the player interface. That's nice!

You can choose the frequency, if you allow downloads over cellular data, or, you can just keep the defaults — downloading only over a WiFi connection.

You might want to share what are you listening to with your friends, or, just, recommend a podcast to a friend. You only have to tap a button in Hipstacast to do it.

Recording and producing a podcast can take some time. Some podcasters run sponsors within their shows, others, just ask their audience to make a little donation. If the hosts provide a link to donate, we'll provide a button to easily get to the page and contribute to your favorite show.

We'll help you to get started with the app, providing you a nice way to import your shows. Moreover, if you aren't satisfied with Hipstacast, we'll also help you to get started with another app, allowing you to export your subscriptions.

We're completely compatible with the audio-system in Android, that means you won't have to worry about Hipstacast playing over any kind of sound. Hipstacast also remembers where you left off the podcast. Moreover, the source code will be released on GitHub as soon as the app is available on Google Play
